There are a number of combustion models representing different levels of contemporary understanding of the combustion processes and the capabilities of the modern computers. The presented here description does not exhaust all known models rather present the most widely used in industry relevant simulations. Some of them are known to be far from being perfect, however they are used and therefore we present them.
